Silvia Gaspard is a Haitian activist and founder of Girl Up Caribbean, a youth-led initiative advancing gender justice across the region. She also leads EcoMentor, which equips women, especially in rural communities with renewable energy skills and leadership training. Her work has earned recognition, including winning the Caribbean High Seas Youth Essay Competition.

In 2020, Silvia was selected to attend the Girl Up Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C., and in 2022 she was invited to represent Haiti at the Caribbean Climate Justice Camp in St. Maarten. Today, she continues to champion equality and sustainability, envisioning a world where all young people can thrive with dignity and opportunity.
