Meme Festival

We love creating memes, looking at them, and sharing them with our friends! We also care about the world!  The problem is, while sustainability is important, it is sometimes too serious, overwhelming, and can leave us feeling helpless. So, what can we do? Join our Meme Festival Spring Edition 2021!

What if we told you that you could be part of shifting the narrative about climate and biodiversity in a fun and easy way? By creating fun, humorous, sarcastic, or thought-provoking memes!

This is your chance to make a difference by highlighting the sustainability concerns you feel are most important. This is your chance to show your meme-making abilities and to bring attention to the issues you believe in.

It’s also possible to create a viral meme that goes around the world!!

Join our Grand Finale, where we will teach you how to make your own memes (if you don’t know already), have some space for creating your own sustainability-themed memes, and compete for a chance of winning great prizes!

The Meme Festival is twofold:

  1. It happens on Instagram. You can participate and compete for prizes by tagging the meme festival’s account and using our hashtags.

  2. We also invite you to the Grand Finale Event. The event is a live “party” that takes place in Zoom. We will have some activities (such as a meme competition live!), an opportunity for you to vote on the best memes, and finally a countdown to share your favorite memes. We promise fun and good times! [You don’t need to create a meme to participate]

You can participate in the Meme Festival the best way you choose. Either through Instagram, or through the Grand Finale event, or through both! You decide!

The power of campaigning and communication in driving change #TreasureHunt

If you have been paying attention to the Treasure Hunt, you will know that some treasures (a.k.a. stories of youth) are navigating around the #SpringofHopeY4N campaign. Today, we introduce you to the 30x30Italy campaign. And yes, that’s one of the treasures!
