Calling all Zimbabwean changemakers! As the Youth Global Ambassador, I'm excited to invite you to a FREE Mushroom Production Workshop at Solusi University on March 24th, 2024, from 9am to 3pm. This POST COP28 event, partnered with the Faculty of Science at Solusi University, empowers local communities with knowledge and skills in cultivating mushrooms.
Why Mushrooms?
Mushrooms aren't just delicious - they're also a powerful tool for climate action!  This workshop will teach you how to cultivate mushrooms for:

  • Increased Food Security: Grow nutritious protein at home!

  • Income Generation: Sell your mushrooms and create a sustainable livelihood.

  • Waste Reduction & Carbon Sequestration: Mushrooms decompose waste and store carbon, promoting a greener Zimbabwe.
